For anyone looking to get into a web design team, studying Adobe Dreamweaver is essential for attaining relevant qualifications that are globally recognised. Avoid, like the plague, any organisations who use call-centres 'out-of-hours' - with your call-back scheduled for the next 'working' day. It's no use when you're stuck on a problem and need help now.
