What could a trainee looking for Microsoft certified training expect from providers these days? Clearly, companies should give access to a variety of course choices that cover the portfolio of Microsoft certified training tracks. * Don't overlook lost vacation time. Usually we're lucky to have twenty days annual leave. If half of that is used up on workshops, then it doesn't leave much for us and our families.

* In a situation where running costs are very high, a lot of schools fill the classes up to the brim - certainly not ideal (and with less one-on-one time).

* Often trainees want to work as quickly as possible, but some need a more gentle learning curve and be allowed to set their own speed. This will often generate difficulty and tension in most workshops.

* The growing costs associated with travel - driving to and from the training facility plus several days bed and breakfast can mount up each time you attend. If you only assumed five to ten workshops at a cost of 35 pounds for one night's accommodation, plus forty pounds for petrol and food at 15 pounds, that equates to four to nine hundred pounds of add-on cost.

* All of us want some privacy. We don't want to risk throwing away any advancement that could awarded to us because our employer knows we're retraining.

* It's quite usual for trainees to hide the fact that they want to raise a question - simply down to the fact that they're surrounded by fellow attendees.

* Where students have to occasionally work elsewhere in the country for several days at a time, imagine the increased difficulty in making the needed workshops, when time is at a premium.

Surely it makes so much more sense to learn when it's convenient for you - not the company - and make use of videos of instructors with interactive virtual-lab's. Whenever an ugly problem rears its head, make use of the 24x7 support (that should come with any technical program.) Remember, if you have a laptop, study isn't restricted to the home or office. Classes and lessons can be repeated whenever you like - repetition is good for memory. And note-taking is a thing of the past - everything is already done for you already. Could it be more straightforward: No travelling, wasted time or money; and you've got a much more relaxed study atmosphere.
